O governador Ricardo Coutinho e os diretores do Sindicato dos Trabalhadores da Educação da Paraíba (Sintep) e da Associação dos Professores em Licenciatura Plena (APLP) se reuniram, na manhã desta segunda-feira (30), e dialogaram sobre as reivindicações dos professores e servidores da educação.

Durante o encontro, o governador Ricardo Coutinho garantiu estudar a antecipação da segunda parcela do reajuste concedido no início deste ano, prevista para ser paga no mês de outubro. Ele observou, no entanto, que isto dependerá de como se comportará o quadro financeiro do Estado até o 2º semestre do ano.  Apesar da situação econômica pela qual passa o país, o Governo do Estado concedeu um reajuste de 9% no vencimento dos professores e funcionários, sendo 4,5% pagos em janeiro e 4,5% no mês de outubro. Também foi concedido um reajuste de 13,01% para a adequação ao piso nacional da categoria referente à carga horária de 30 horas semanais. Ainda na reunião, o governador deu sinal verde para a formação de uma comissão para revisar o Plano de Cargos, Carreira e Remuneração do magistério (PCCR).

Ricardo Coutinho apresentou aos representantes dos professores e servidores da educação documentos que demonstram a situação fiscal e econômica do Estado e o quadro de estagnação econômica do país que refletem nos Estados com as quedas de receita. “Sabemos da importância dos professores e os últimos reajustes superaram a inflação, a exemplo do ano passado em que o reajuste foi de 13% porque a economia do Brasil e da Paraíba possibilitou. Este ano, em meio às dificuldades, chegamos a 9%, que foi o índice máximo para continuarmos honrando os nossos compromissos”, ressaltou.

O presidente do Sintep, Carlos Belarmino, considerou a reunião importante pela garantia do governador em analisar a proposta de antecipação da 2ª parcela do reajuste do outubro, caso a receita do Estado melhore e pela formação de uma comissão com membros da APLP, do Sintep e do Governo do Estado para discutir mudanças no Plano de Cargos, Carreira e Remuneração.  “Vamos levar essas propostas e o relato do quadro econômico para a categoria decidir os próximos passos na Assembleia Geral nesta terça-feira”, afirmou.

Além do governador e do secretário de Planejamento e Finanças, Tarcio Pessoa, participaram do encontro, na sede do jornal A União, os diretores da APLP, Francisco Fernandes, Bartolomeu Pontes, Lúcio Barbosa e Fernando Lira; e do Sintep,  Carlos Belarmino, Antônio Arruda e Edvaldo Faustino.

Mais 260 microempresários conquistaram os recursos necessários para abrir ou ampliar o seu negócio em João Pessoa. Eles foram beneficiados com mais uma liberação de crédito do Banco Cidadão, programa da Prefeitura Municipal de João Pessoa. Os cheques, que somam R$ 1 milhão, foram entregues pelo prefeito Luciano Cartaxo durante solenidade realizada no bairro do Geisel, na manhã deste sábado (28).

A empreendedora Marizélia Freitas, de 53 anos, foi uma das beneficiadas. Dona de uma lanchonete no bairro do Geisel, ela conta que o dinheiro vai ser decisivo para a COMPRA de novos equipamentos e para a reforma do prédio. “Eu já tinha conseguido empréstimos em outros bancos, mas era muito difícil de pagar. Conheci o Banco Cidadão e foi tudo tão fácil e tão rápido que eu já paguei o primeiro e estou pegando o segundo. Foi a melhor forma que encontrei pra organizar meu negócio”, avaliou.

Jeferson Lopes, de 72 anos, vende frutas e verduras na feira de Jaguaribe. No caso dele, o empréstimo foi a chance de conseguir algum capital de giro. “Eu faço COMPRAS semanalmente e só podia fazer isso fiado. Agora eu vou poder pagar na hora e por isso vai sair mais barato, então eu posso lucrar mais e fazer o negócio crescer”, explicou.

Marizélia e Jeferson são exemplos dos quase sete mil microempreendedores que já foram beneficiados pelo Banco Cidadão desde janeiro de 2013. No total, já foram investidos R$ 17 milhões, dinheiro que permite a mudança de vida de muitas famílias e se reverte em desenvolvimento econômico para toda a cidade.

“Este é um trabalho que está associado com uma série de ações da Prefeitura de João Pessoa com o objetivo de cuidar das pessoas”, destacou o prefeito Luciano Cartaxo. “Esperamos que esse dinheiro se multiplique e se transforme em prosperidade para a família e em geração de riqueza para João Pessoa, pois quando um microempreendedor investe em seu negócio ele está sendo responsável pelo desenvolvimento de nossa cidade”, declarou.

O secretário municipal do Trabalho, Produção e Renda, Diego Tavares, destacou o crescimento da geração de empregos em João Pessoa durante o mês de fevereiro, que se destacou como o maior de toda a região Nordeste. Para ele, o Banco Cidadão tem papel fundamental nesta conquista. “Este crédito representa o incremento da renda familiar e o crescimento do comércio e da geração de novas vagas de trabalho no mercado. Estamos muito felizes com a concretização de mais esta etapa”, afirmou.

Ação – Neste sábado, a concessão de crédito aconteceu em paralelo com o calendário de atividades do programa Territórios Empreendedores, da Secretaria Municipal do Trabalho, Produção e Renda. No local, a população do bairro pode encontrar a unidade móvel do Banco Cidadão, realizando inscrições e capacitação em gestão empresarial, além de técnicos do Sistema Nacional de Empregos em João Pessoa (Sine-JP).

O Tribunal de Justiça da Paraíba (TJ-PB) concedeu, na manhã desta segunda-feira (30), uma Antecipação de Tutela que determina a imediata suspensão da greve dos professores do município de João Pessoa. A decisão foi tomada pela desembargadora Maria das Graças Moraes Guedes, que entendeu que a paralisação da categoria afeta diretamente a vida dos alunos, podendo causar “danos irreparáveis ou de difícil reparação”.

Entre os prejuízos elencados pela desembargadora estão a “possibilidade de comprometimento do ano letivo” e de “potencialização do problema de evasão escolar”. Ela também destacou o “impedimento do acesso de crianças e adolescentes à merenda escolar durante a greve”.

Ao considerar esses quesitos, a magistrada conclui que existe um aparente abuso no movimento grevista. Ela ressaltou que a categoria não cumpriu o artigo 11 da Lei de Greve, não atendendo o número mínimo de professores em sala de aula para a garantia do serviço fundamental.

A Antecipação de Tutela representa uma determinação baseada em avaliação anterior à apreciação do mérito da questão, e foi concedida após recurso apresentado pela Procuradoria Geral do Município de João Pessoa (Progem-JP).

A categoria será informada por meio de intimação enviada ao Sindicato dos Trabalhadores em Educação do Município de João Pessoa (Sintem-JP), em caráter de urgência. Caso a medida não seja cumprida, a entidade será obrigada a arcar com uma multa de R$ 5 mil por cada dia de aula inviabilizado pela manutenção do movimento.

Integrantes do Movimento dos Trabalhadores Rurais Sem Terra (MST) realizam um protesto desde o início da manhã desta segunda-feira (30), na BR-101, no trecho que fica na cidade de Alhandra, no Litoral Sul do estado. O acesso entre os estados da Paraíba e Pernambuco está intransitável. O motivo da mobilização ainda não foi divulgado.

Segundo a Polícia Rodoviária Federal, cerca de 200 manifestantes do MST interditaram os dois sentidos da rodovia. Ainda de acordo com a PRF, os participantes da mobilização atearam fogo em pneus, galhos de árvores e pedaços de madeira.

Um dos dirigentes estadual do MST, Augusto Berlamino, falou que os manifestantes exigem uma audiência com o Instituto Nacional de Colonização e Reforma Agrária (INCRA) para tratar sobre reforma agrária. Eles pedem ainda a desapropriação de parte da Usina Maravilha.

A PRF acompanha o protesto e orienta os motoristas que estiverem viajando da Paraíba para Pernambuco que desviem pela Usina Giasa – localizada no Distrito de Mata Redonda – saindo para Goiana-PE.

Conforme relatos, as descargas elétricas teriam ocorrido durante um temporal sobre a cidade, entre a noite de quinta (26) e a madrugada desta sexta (27). Devido às fortes chuvas, a rede elétrica teria apresentado problemas e provocado um apagão em 18 cidades, segundo os moradores. A Energisa confirmou o caso.

A imagem divulgada nas redes sociais teria sido feita na avenida Getúlio Vargas, no Centro de Itaporanga; seria um raio seguido de outro.

Mortes por raios

Dados fornecidos ao Portal Correio pela Secretaria Estadual de Saúde apontam que, de 2000 até fevereiro de 2015, a Paraíba contabilizou quatro casos de mortes de pessoas atingidas por raios, sendo três deles até janeiro deste ano.

O Grupo de Eletricidade Atmosférica (Elat) do Instituto Nacional de Pesquisas Espaciais (INPE) informou que 50 milhões de raios caem todos os anos no Brasil. Segundo o Elat, foram registradas 98 mortes por raios no país em 2014, sendo uma a menos que em 2013. De 2000 a 2014, no Brasil, já são 1.792 mortes por descargas elétricas desse tipo. O Sertão da Paraíba é a área com maior incidência do estado, onde são registrados, em média, 80 mil por ano

A terça-feira (31) será de chuvas isoladas no fim do dia no Sertão e Alto Sertão da Paraíba. Já no Litoral, Brejo e Agreste, as precipitações pluviométricas serão localizadas. A menor temperatura no estado deve ser registrada no Brejo e Cariri (20ºC em ambas regiões). No Sertão, os termômetros poderão chegar a máxima de 35ºC.

A meteorologista da Aesa, Marle Bandeira, ressaltou que as previsões estão de acordo com o esperado para esse período do ano. “Essa época já é chuvosa e por isso esperamos essas chuvas isoladas de forma irregular. O período entre abril e junho é considerado o mais chuvoso para o Litoral, Brejo e Agreste. Já na região do Sertão, temos mais precipitações de fevereiro a maio”, comentou.

Com relação à temperatura, elas deverão variar de 23ºC a 30ºC no Litoral. No Agreste, os termômetros oscilarão de 21ºC a 30º. Enquanto isso, no Brejo, a mínima será de 20ºC e a máxima de 27ºC.

 O evento de inauguração contou com um enorme público que foi contemplar o que desde ontem passou a ser um dos mais modernos centros de treinamentos olímpicos do mundo e o mais moderno da América do Sul.

Segundo o Governador Ricardo Coutinho foram investidos do povo paraibano a quantia de R$: 32 Milhões de Reais na construção das piscinas, na reforma do campo que passaram a ter padrão fifa nas suas dimensões, na construção de arquibancadas as quais inclusive tem elevadores para os portadores de deficiência.

Outra grande atração do evento foi o ex-jogador de volei e tri campeão mundial e olimpico pelo volei brasileiro que fez questão em dizer:"Enquanto no Brasil a fora os politicos são criticados e expurgados pelo povo, aqui na Paraíba o povo ovaciona o Governador Ricardo Coutinho.

Ainda se fizeram presentes o Presidente da Confederação Brasileira de Desportos Aquáticos(CBDA), Srº Coaracy Nunes Filho e a seleção brasileira de nado sincronizado, ainda se fizeram presentes o Secretario de Esportes da Paraíba Tibério Limeira, o Prefeito da cidade de João Pessoa Luciano Cartaxo, a Deputada Estadual Estelizabel Bezerra, o Deputado Estadual Ricardo Barbosa, entre tantas outras autoridades.

O certo é que hoje a Paraiba será um grande centro de treinamentos dos esportes olimpicos e principalçmente o aquatico.

As revelações sobre o contágio da AIDS em ônibus da capital foram feitas pela diretora Adriana Teixeira, que responde pelo Clementino. Segundo ela, as mulheres não se conhecem e procuraram ajuda individualmente, em semanas distintas. “Muitas pessoas pensam que isso é brincadeira, mas cabe o alerta. As duas mulheres sustentam a tese de que foram furadas dentro do ônibus, sem que tivessem chance de defesa”, afirmou. 

De acordo com o médico infectologista Fernando Chagas, o primeiro caso foi de uma mulher de aproximadamente 40 anos. “Ela disse que estava no ônibus lotado e de repente sentiu uma furada nas costas. Ao olhar para trás, viu um rapaz, de pele morena, falando ao telefone que tinha acabado de furar mais uma”, explicou o médico. Segundo ele, a paciente disse que no momento que recebeu a furada deu um grito, chamando a atenção dos demais passageiros, mas ninguém interviu. Em seguida ela desceu do ônibus, chorando e muito nervosa. Uma semana depois, o médico atendeu a segunda mulher, esta com cerca de 30 anos. “Ela disse que estava no ônibus quando sentiu a furada. Tomou um susto e gritou. Assustada, desceu e foi para o Clementino Fraga, com medo de ter sido contaminada”, explicou o médico. Segundo ele, a mulher ficou desesperada, mas não deu detalhes sobre o caso, disse apenas que na rua, ao contar a situação, foi orientada a procurar o Clementino. 

As duas pacientes receberam o tratamento com medicamentos antirretrovirais que combate o vírus quando iniciada em até 48 horas após o contágio. Os remédios devem ser tomados por 28 dias seguidos.
